According to the level of refractory temperature, clay refractory bricks can be divided into 4 grades:
Special class: refractory temperature not less than 1750℃
First class: refractory temperature not less than 1730℃
Second class: refractory temperature not less than 1670℃
Third class: refractory temperature not less than 1580℃
Application of clay refractory bricks:
Clay refractory bricks are widely used, and all bricks without special requirements can be built with clay bricks, such as blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, iron furnaces, open hearths, electric furnaces and glass melting furnaces. In addition, ladle, refractory bricks for pouring system, heating furnace, heat treatment furnace, combustion chamber, flue, chimney, etc. can be built with clay bricks.
