  • Selected Raw Materials & Precise Proportioning: We use premium high-alumina bauxite, pure mullite clinker, and an appropriate amount of bonding clay as primary raw materials. Through precise particle grading and chemical composition control, we ensure the formation of a stable skeleton with mullite as the main crystalline phase after high-temperature sintering.
  • Advanced High-Temperature Sintering Process: Fired in high-temperature tunnel kilns at no less than 1500℃, the bricks undergo sufficient solid-phase reactions internally, generating an interwoven and dense network of mullite crystals. This dense structure not only increases bulk density but also significantly enhances the refractoriness under load (RUL) and high-temperature creep resistance.
  • Strict Quality Inspection System: We implement full-process quality monitoring from raw material intake to finished product delivery. Every batch of mullite bricks undergoes rigorous testing—including chemical composition analysis, apparent porosity measurement, and compressive strength tests—to ensure all indicators meet or exceed industry standards.
